Had to wait about 2 hours for my meds and had to wait again because they didn't fill my complete order!! Don't think I'll be going to that Walgreens again for meds!!
This Walgreens has the absolute worst pharmacy service. It is ridiculous to wait in line for 30+ mins just to drop off a prescription. This will definitely be my last time using this pharmacy and I will recommend others to go elsewhere.
The only reason they get one star is because ZERO is not an option. Between the doctors office and caring for a sick infant, I forgot to get probiotics to go with her antibiotic. It was past 8pm so I called the pharmacy asking if they could pull a probiotic for me and I could pick it up from Pharmacy drive through. As of right now I have been on hold for 28 min and 55 sec to refill meds, I keep getting recording we are currently serving other customers but will be right with you,you have one call ahead of you......................... BULL BUTTER, this is not the first time for this to happen. no star.
This store is the worst store in all of Alexandria!!!! you have really ignorant employees!! But again this is wal greens the service sucks so bad I don't know how this place is even still open!!
Horrible! They need more help in the Pharmacy! Waited in line for a drop off over 35 min! And over and hour and half to pick my meds up!
