I wish there was a negative star for this store! They refuse to assist and will refer you to another company instead of trying to assist!!! I will be taking my business to that other store from now on!!! It's ridiculous I got told "that is how their phone system is set up" and "maybe another pharmacy can help me"!!!!! All my family and friends will be informed as well!!!!!! CVS, Rite Aid, or Wal-Mart can get our money and business now!!!!!
Zero stars. Pharmacy staff refused to fill my prescription because insurance wouldn't pay for it. I was willing to pay full price! Could not believe how rude the pharmacy staff were. I will never shop at a Walgreens again.
Zero stars! Wait time is ridiculous. They wanted me to wait behind 10 or 12 people to simply drop off a prescription. Both the "drop off" and "consultation" windows are closed. Why have them? Rude staff! Hire people that want to work! After being a customer of Walgreens for at least 10 years, I am going to CVS! And, for the record, Walgreens on Hardy Street is becoming just as bad is this one.
This place is so rude! My 4 year old son has the flu they could fill his Meds in store in 30 but if I went out it wasn't considered instore I mean he's running 102 fever and has THE FLU! then it would be 2hours out of store and she was COMPLETELY rude looks over my shoulder and says next as I have tylenol and Motrin sitting on the counter and I'm like uhm yes still standing here need to pay for this before my kid flops out like a fish!!!!!!!
