Rudeness at Walgreens Not much ruffles my feathers, but it is late, and I cannot shake off the rude treatment I experienced at Walgreens tonight. I went to pick up several prescriptions, and was standing second in line at the pharmacy counter. The old gentleman ahead of me was having trouble, not sure what about, as I really try not to listen to private conversations. Worst excuse for a pharmacy. I have two sick children whose prescriptions were literally sent over 3 hours ago. When I FINALLY made it to the window they told me it would be an additional 20-30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I work in health care, I understand waiting is part of it, however, I should not have to wait 4+ hours for a prescription with my two sick children in the car. If you are under staffed, hire more staff. Fix the problem. I refuse to use this pharmacy anymore.
If I could write this review and not use a star I would! This place is the biggest joke! They send you confirmation that your medication is ready and when you get there they tell you it’s on back order. They tell you they will list you as waiting and it will be 15 min which in reality means an hour. They employ some of the rudest people. Guess we are switching to CVS. The only reason this location is in business is because they are the only 24 hour pharmacy in this area�
It was better when they made people drive around if their prescription wasn't ready, or if there was a problem. Lately I've waited 30 minutes or more to pick up no copay prescriptions that they have called and texted me are ready. Very disappointing.
