You need you manage your drive through better. If someone's prescription isn't complete, tell them to move along and come back in 20 or 30 minutes. I've so far been sitting in the drive through line for 15 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription that I know is ready to go.
Walgreens has the poorest customer service standards I have seen in a while. The waiting time to tell a customer you don't have the medicine the doctor has faxed over should be 5 minutes not 30.
We've had inexcusable errors and poor customer service. Long time customers but sadly will be taking our business elsewhere.
