Well so far I legit have been waiting 45 minutes for a flu shot. Why even make an appointment in the first place? I think at this point I'm moving in to Walgreens. Tell my family I love them.
So tired of apathetic people working in your pharmacies. I came from out of state and you wouldn't fill my prescription, even though it was filled at Walgreens in another state. Your pharmacy offered no solutions or remedies. Your lines are excruciatingly long, in store and drive through. You need to offer a class to your employee's in sensitivity. Sloooooooowest pharmacy in shasta county. You will die before you get your meds. For the love of god put in for anywhere else but here! ������
For those complaining about this pharmacy maybe it is you not them... I've never ever been rude to or disrespected... They went out of their way to help me when my insurance said no... They told me how to get around it to get them to cover the prescription... Show them respect and they will show it back... They are the most utilized pharmacy in town... So yes sometimes it takes them longer... What you think you're the only ones who need prescriptions filled??? Seriously grow up...
This is one the worst pharmacies! It can take anywhere from 3-12 hours to have an Rx filled. It's absolutely ridiculous. Most pharmacies have a wait time of 1-3hours to fill & have an Rx ready. The wait time inside or through the drive thru is 30 minutes or more to be helped. An Rx can get called in 1st thing in the morning @ 6a & still not be ready by 6p. I have had it with this pharmacy. Worst pharmacy in the world. I had major back surgery and they have faught my surgeon on every prescription. We will NEVER go there again! They don't care about anyone and treat you like garbage. Go anywhere but there!
