Was told my prescription was going to be ready by 6:30. I called and they said it was ready so waited in drive through for an hour just to be told it wasn’t ready and that it would be 45 minutes. Here I am 3 hours later waiting In line again for over an hour because they said it was ready. If I could give no stars I would.
RecommendedI prefer being able to drive by to pick up prescriptions.
Went there twice in 2 days to see if my prescription was done. Was promised a certain time, date and phone call/text. Didn’t receive any. So when I finally went there the basic attitude was well we don’t have it. Chantal should of apologize especially cause she the one who promised me all this then she had the audacity to argue with me. When I brought up what she said. TERRIBLE pharmacy staff!! They are extremely rude, disorganized, give out incorrect information, and the wait time is completely ridiculous. We will never go back!
Walgreens sucks had a prescription called in for a refill at 3.30 went to Walgreens at 5pm they said "just got it 1/2 hour ago come back in 45min went back at 6.45pm sit in line in the car get to the window at 7pm they said just got the refill order 1/2 hour ago I told them that's the same thing they said at 5pm" They said have to park and come inside,Then you wait 20 more minutes once inside store policy at pharmacy gives you time to shop THIS PLACE SUCKS
