I love this Walgreens if Sandee is my cashier or Frances and or the other gal
The staff there is phenomenal. I enter a low rating because of the recent change in the phone system. It went from keypad entry to voice control. Unfortunately, the system cannot understand simple speech (and my Southern accent is rather mild). Go back to the old system, or provide an ability to solely use keypad control.
I have had two bad experiences here in the past month! Both had the same manager involved who has yet to be able to explain why I was not able to use certain coupons. It wasn't against their policy which she printed out for me nor was in against to directions for use on the coupon itself! Needless to say this made me very angry. Managers should be able to explain why there is a problem.
