While I detest waiting in line ANYWHERE, this Walgreens store makes it so much easier to tolerate. The gals & guys in their pharmacy department never fail to go "extremely out of their way" to help my husband get through some very UNbearable medical times he's going through right now. Thank you so much Walgreens Pharmacy for being there for both of us, & to those awesome gals in particular who work there (you know who you are).
Called at 2:00pm to get a prescription transferred and filled. Was told it would be ready by 5pm at the latest. I show up at 10:30 to pick up THEY NEVER CALLED THE OTHER PHARMACY TO TRANSFER IT. Absolutely horrible customer service and I'll be sure to make sure I speak with a manager in the morning.
This has got to be the the WORST pharmacy in town. Their customer service is horrible. They are completely disorganized. There always seems to be a 30-45 minute wait at a minimum. Don't even think about having anything automatically refilled, they can't seem to figure out how that works. One month it is ready two days early and the next month it is not ready at all. There is always some excuse as to why it isn't ready. I will never send my prescriptions here again.
Took in prescription after my husband surgery and they told me it would be 45 minutes. Obviously this is too long with the pain that he is in but we'll deal with it since that's what they said. Two and a half hours later and we are still sitting here! Nothing better than having to deal with a man and pain! If there was a problem with the prescription why didn't you call and let us know instead of sitting here that long???
Getting worse and worse. Going to move all my prescriptions elsewhere
They are ill prepared to handle the volume of prescriptions they receive. The standard issued response is, "Try back in 15-25 minutes." It is a vacuum of time and energy.
I had surgery this last Thursday, I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription post op. When I picked up my script they gave me 1 med and I went on my way. That night I was in excruciating pain. I called my Dr. and he said that he had prescribed two meds and didn't k now why I wasn't given the other med. The next morning, your pharmacy realized the mistake and filled the second med.
