Give realistic wait times for pharmacy! Doctor called in prescription at 2pm, went in at 5pm to pick up, was told 15 minutes, and then waited over 1 hour. RIDICULOUS!!!
Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional, very rude staff, and it took 2 hours to get my medicine after being in the hospital forever. I will never use this Pharmacy again
It would be nice if they got their act together so we didn’t have to wait over an hour for meds to be filled while my fiancé is dying of pain.
Worst experience shopping ever. I went to get a face mask with my girlfriend, I was being watched by the manager and checker the entire time. I went to the bathroom and was being glared at the minute I walked out from a manager in the break room. There was an announcement on the intercom that said security on the floor. As I go to pay, the manager on duty was at the door watching us intently. The checker was extremely rude as well. I have been around retail my entire life, and have never been so disrespected.
Can we maybe consider doing something about the horrendous wait times for the pharmacy?
Took our 5 year old son in to get his 1st disposable camera pictures developed from our 1st family vacation only to have them loose it completely! Then the manager says if he would like he can pick out a toy?! A toy? You lost his 1st roll of film ever! And you offer a toy? How about atleast another pack of disposable cameras? It was after 4 a.m. so they weren't busy. I had just left the ER and was in a lot of p!in. The hospital had sent my antibiotics to my regular Walgreens but the pharmacist on duty called the hospital and had them to send it to him so I was able to get everything at one time.
