If I could give it a negative I would. Brandi and Randy in the pharmacy are very unprofessional and rude. They yell and fight with customer and nothing gets done. Even talk to the district manager and counseling is all they are going to do with employees that are always doing this. Will be taking my business to CVS.
Very poor customer service. Employees do not know federal or state regulations and discriminate against customers. Randy, Pharmacist and Brandi, Pharmacy Tech have to be the rudest people I have ever met.
I am a regular shopper at Walgreens but I will not shop there anymore. I work for the United States Coast Guard but is located directly behind the store in Martinsburg. I've visited the store around 2 PM and I saw a car there with writing and paint all over it. The writing was telling lies and was hate speech against a presidential candidates. I asked one of the young women who work there if this car was there often and she proceeded to tell me that's the car belongs to a manager at the store. I cannot tell you how disappoin... read more
