Timelines of filling RX is poor. A wait of three hours for a RX that was called in by the MD one hour prior is poor customer service. Transferred all RX ($300+monthly) to another pharmacy... very happy now �
Not welcoming or personal at all. Waited 40 minutes for a prescription. Worst pharmacy in the area.
I switched from CVS to Walgreens because Walgreens attended well to those coming through the drive through. However, I have noticed increased wait times and actually telling me to pull around and get in line AGAIN because it wasn't quite ready. This was in a line of 6 cars that was not moving. Totally unacceptable to me when your loved one is sick and you can't get the medication that was ordered. It looks like there is never enough staff inside. Management needs to address this!
Absolutely no "convenience" in your pharmacy drive thru taking 10+ minutes per car... If your automated system is telling people their scripts are ready, it shouldn't take this long to pick up at your window...
Amanda, at the pharmacy was completely rude for no reason. It was late because my son had just got out of the hospital after surgery, I was the only one in line. Amanda had to be told by the other pharmacist to wait on me, when she did finally make it to the window she was rude and had an attitude.
Worse pharmacy ever. Tell me 20 to 30 mins so I go back after 45 mins and tell me they still need 15 more mins but have 10 people behind the counter.
Walgreens in Martinsburg on Forbes Dr. has got to be the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with!!!! My daughter is sick as a dog and not only are they out of the eye drops she needs for her pink eye, but they cant (OR WONT) order it until Thursday....wth really?? then on top of that, for some reason, at 9:30 at night, with only two other people in line, its going to take an hour and a half to fill her antibiotic....REALLY WALGREENS?!?!?! I had horrible customer service they never have prescriptions ready when they say they will they do not pay attention to detail messed up my children's insurance ID number and claim the insurance refused to pay because it was too soon wait time is outrageous need to be properly staffed for cold and flu season.... December 14, 2016. Again this pharmacy is horrific..... my husband still uses them, even though they never get it right.... just picked up him medication...although he called in a refill on both medications he takes... read more
