We use this pharmacy almost exclusively, due to it being a preferred pharmacy per our insurance and its proximity to our house. Regularly, they make errors in billing insurance, failing to bill insurance despite my thorough communication regarding our insurance. They never have prescriptions ready when they say! I had a hysterectomy and needed my pain meds and they didn't have them by the time my pain meds wore off from the hospital after I was told they would be done. Then I have a infection and they said the scripts would be done by 6:30 pm and here it is 7:00 pm and they still aren't ready after I was told they were done. I would be understanding if this happened every so often but this happens every time!!
The employees in this store are the friendliest I have seen. They are always busy working but will stop and help me whenever I have questions and even show me right where the product is. Great place to shop!
