Beyond kind people. Consistent staff. The gal who used to work at the make up counter is now a supervisor. I have followed the lives of these staff members for the last few years and this Walgreens is like a small country store. It has exactly what you need and not too much of anything else. Best store ever.
Worst pharmacy customer service ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. Beginning the process now to move our prescriptions. I thought the CVS by Walmart was bad, but they are better than this Walgreens at Bannerman. I miss my Target team, but I cannot use them anymore with our insurance. Time to try Publix.
The people who work in that pharmacy are rude. They need training on customer service.
Wait forever for a prescription. They tell me they have my scripts, but neglect to tell me about the one they DONT have - had to send it to a different store. Because they didn't make any attempt to notify me that they didn't have the drug and sent it elsewhere, I drive home - and then had to call to find out what happened to it. I'm in a lot of pain - the thing that hurts the most??? DRIVING!! So off I go - 60 more minutes in the car. Thanks Walgreens!!!!
