Service is fine most of the time. I feel when a prescription is ready and you said you will wait for it, the pharmacy department should call your name to pick it up. I went back on line and my prescription was ready, and I had an appointment somewhere else. I was somewhat late for my appointment. Next time I'll just drop it off and go straight to my appointment.
What's the point of having an automated phone system if it hangs up on when you press 0 to speak to a staff member??!!!
