shut down inept and discourteous pharmacy
I love all my local WAGS employees. I know 75% of them by name. Lol Shane on me but yes I'm addicted sometimes I maybe in Walgreens 4 or 5 days of the week. I enjoy the sales and enjoy the service the employees give.
I knew I had a reason why not to use Walgreen's Breaux Bridge they were too lazy to see if my insurance was valid instead insisted it was expired. Funny my I'd number was the same on new policy with same company. So had to drive back home to get other card to get an emergency inhaler. You get paid to work so do your job.I think it is funny the 4 and 5 ratings don't give a reason kind of suspicious.
Straight bull shit each and everytime, keep try to guve them a chance to change but always bull shit
Basically, in my opinion, customer service is nonexistent.
Very rude and inconsiderate. No courtesy calls to let there customers know there prescription is ready. They closed early on Sundays. I called at 5:30 to see if my medicine was ready, the head pharmachist yes. He didn't even have common courtesy to tell me they were about to close at 6 Walgreens @[117497138610:Walgreens]
I will never go back here! I waiting for almost 3 hours for my Tamiflu only to find out they didn't even bring my script to pharmacist. They said they was closing and I couldn't get it till the next day. I was suffering that whole time with the flu.
I no longer use them. I live in Breaux Bridge, but this Walgreens has proven time and time again that they are incompetent. I gladly drive to Lafayette to have accurate service. I only have a minor generic prescription, and yet it is never correct and I am called saying it's filled and correct. I feel bad for those trying to use this Walgreens with multiple prescriptions.
Pharmacy drive thru needs to work on happy greetings, smiling faces and explaining changes made by new insurances submitted instead of having people thinking there is a mistake and them having to go park, get down, and then have it explained to them. If you can't handle dive thru completely, then don't take the job. I shouldn't have to go in to have my order explained. I was at the window... you could have taken care of that there.
