Get a call Sat to get a refill. They call Sun that is ready. Drive in Mon and get a sorry not ready due to insurance. Please don't call until it is ready. Sorry does not cut it people. I have 3 Walgreens close to me and a CVS and Walmart. After 15 years maybe it is time to say goodby
Communication skills are non-existent. My Rx is compound and needs to be made overnight. Rarely is it on time or ready for me when i need it. I called my LAST RX in 4 days ago and it's still not ready and never got a call to inform me. Any other pharmacy will call to inform me of issues.
Pharmacy just not helpful and not organized at all
This pharmacy is the WORST!! Ignore the customers as they walk by 4 times, never answer the phone. Will NEVER go there again!!
The pharmacy at this location is horrible, the pharmacy manager is extremely rude and over steps the boundaries of her job, while trying to fix an issue with my wife's perscription she said she would call my wife back and I said no she is hearing impaired and doesn't do well on the phone. She called my wife anyway and like tested and quizzed her on the phone!!! And says well seems like your fine to me! Totally inappropriate!! The store was nice, but for some reason I've been getting spammed with calls from this store in the past few days. They don't leave a message and I only found that out by calling the numbers back. Somehow, one of the numbers which I got called from was a fax machine. Not sure why, but they're apparently getting into the spam business now, and I don't want to block the numbers because I still need to know when my prescriptions are ready.
