Overcharged me for a covered Rx. Super long wait times, for 3 years. Filled my Rx twice, in the same day. Worst pharmacy. I don't like CVS, but....this has convinced me.

I was at this Pharmacy yesterday to pick up my son's prescription and received someone else's prescription. the bag had my son's info but when I opened the bag it had someone else's prescription. this is unacceptable! if I didn't know any better I could have given my son the wrong medication! when I went back to speak to the pharmacist about this she blamed it on someone else and offered me a refund. I had a prescription for painkillers/anti-inflammatories and they gave me an antibiotic for a bacterial infection. it took them over 30 minutes to fix the mistake! never coming to Walgreen's again! if you are a pharmacy Customer here, make sure they give you the correct meds.

My husbands medicine wasn’t going to be covered by insurance and so I was preparing today to arguing with insurance to get the medicine and instead Max figured out a way to get the meds at $18 a month with no insurance. Which also meant I didn’t have to argue with insurance companies today!! I am so grateful for Max for finding that coupon so my husband can get the medicine he needs and I no longer have to fight with insurance... read more

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! After an hour & 45 minutes I went to get a manager for the 15+ people waiting in line for the pharmacy. WAIT FOR IT - KIM, the most incompetent manager I have literally EVER met informed me "it's not her responsibility to back up any of the lines in her store as she has her OWN work to do..." and proceeds to add, "I DONT APPRECIATE BEING CALLED OUT TO THE FLOOR FOR THINGS LIKE THIS...!!!!!!!!" HORRIBLE MANAGER! Kim is AWFUL! Unwilling to help with tasks that are *beneath her*, such as helping out at the registers in the pharmacy with nearly a 2 hour wait. Way to go above and beyond Kim!
I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting the first 15 was waiting for them to finish up the guest in the next Lane. They didn't call anybody over to take care of the people in the other line. Told them I had three prescriptions for pickup which were ready the day before only to find out there was only one ready so I sat there some more waiting until they filled the other prescriptions.
