I wake up this morning to read there is a issue with one of your cashier's at this location. This is a friend of mine's child, a CHILD! they need better customer service.they suck.been on drive thru for over 15 min. nobody helps,went inside was big line.only one pharmacist!
I will stay clear of this pharmacy! They need a reminder call if you drop off your Rx early. What a dumb policy! You would think when you drop it off they could remind themselves to complete your Rx and have it ready when you come to pick it up on the due date. You just lost a customer!!

Why do you have sales advertising buy 1 get one 50% off? You never honor the price. I just left there after trying to buy dog treats that were marked $9.88 (i think, it was just under $10) at buy 1 get one half price. Pink hair at the cash register tried to charge me $25. When i complained she said it usually works, so I told her I would take 1 at the correct price. She still tried to charge me over $12 and said there is nothing she can do. Really? You can't do a price check?
If I could have given them 0 starts I would have. What a joke for a place to fill prescriptions, multiple holds, incompetent people who can't read status only to find out they have been ready. Worst customer service - do not go here!
The pharmacy put me on hold multiple times in a matter of one hour. I just wanted to see if my Dr called in my prescription. I know they close at 6 but everytime I called the said no problem and then I was on hold for 10 mins then it would ring again and again and still no one ever came back. I called back only to be put on hold again. The third time I got someone not even on the Walgreens that picks up calls when they are busy. I just don't understand how inefficient a pharmacy can be.
