Rarely can you get through when calling the pharmacy. Today I hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes. I think it's about time to make a change.
My uncles medication (scheduled 2 narcotic) was released to someone else besides himself. When he confronted the pharmacist, he was told that there was nothing they could do. When I called to try and figure out how to help him, I was told they couldn't release any information but yet they allowed a stranger to pick up his medication. I feel there was very poor service done on Walgreens and I'm trying to get some answers for him to get his mess. I would not recommend going to Walgreens on ambassador.
