Absolutely terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location.

The drive thru there always has a line over 3 cars long, it took an hour to DROP OFF a prescription last time and EVERY TIME I go monthly to fill my prescriptions that I feel monthly they always have a problem and my medicine is never ready. It makes no sense to have a problem every month trying to feel medicine that you feel there for over two years on a monthly basis I think it is time to find another pharmacy!
The drive thru pharmacy is the slowest service I've ever experienced. Every time in the drive thru you wait longer than 20 minutes even if there is just one car in front of you. Currently, I've been in line for twenty minutes and there are three cars behind.
I am a 24 disabled young Woman, My mother has to bring me to Lafayette after working ALL day long to doctors appointments. Thursday night we drive up at the Pharmacy window after a stressful appointment getting told stuff that's very complicated and ask for Mucinex. My mom gets told "Oh no Ma'am, we only give out medications that have a script." WHAT?! I am not HAPPY. We should be able to pick up OTC medications from the Pharmacy window.
Seriously what has happened to customer service!! As expensive as medications are you would think we would get treated with a little respect!!!
