It’s been 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru line. It’s down to 1 lane and the other has been closed for almost a month!!!! I would go inside but my car is full of sick kids! This is ridiculous!

I’ve been trying to get meds refilled for almost a week! I’ll be transferring pharmacies!
We are from out of town and had an emergency with medicine that had been forgotten at our last stop. No other pharmacy in Lincoln was able to help us but this walgreens said they could get us our medicine by 10 or 1030 pm. We stopped by at 630 to make sure the script was right and they had all our insurance info. The meds were ready!! Nothing but praise for this pharmacist!!
I was told 15-20 minutes to get my granddaughters meds - it was 45 minutes!! The gal that checked me out at the pharmacy made no apologies and acted offended that I didn't want phone calls or texts when my medications are ready!! I explained I have only gotten medications there this once in 4 yrs .... she shook her head like I was dumb ... At Wahoo or Urban pharmacies in Wahoo that I usually deal with... 15 minutes would have been a long wait and they would have been so nice about it!!
Have been sitting in line for 15 minute to pick up prescription....and the line is growing longer.
