I have used this Walgreen's location to fill all my prescriptions for a long time. I have multiple health issues and it is important to me to have all my prescriptions filled at same location for safety reasons. The staff is always very friendly and watch for interactions and help me understand my medications. I love they are open 24/7. I have called them a few times over the years at odd hours with questions or concerns. There is always someone there to help me.
I used to love going in there the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Greeted you as you came in. Now they have different people working there and their motto is "at the corner of happy and healthy. Well they do not seem happy. The young man working photo is very helpful and friendly. Have to watch as they ring you up some of the specials don't come up with correct prices.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I go there to pick up a prescription, it takes thirty minutes to an hour in the drive through and if I go inside, it takes about the same time. Every time I call to check on a prescription it takes about four or five different phone calls, two or three different store staff members to FINALLY reach the pharmacy. Very disappointed with the way the run their pharmacy.
