You have to stay in line for 20 minutes to pick up medicine
I was one of the last patients at MD360 yesterday at Five Forks. I was asked where I wanted my RX sent to & I said Walgreens on Fairview Rd. So I would not have to deal with Wal Mart’s pharmacy. Well, I called Walgreens on my drive back to Fairview Road to check on my prescription but the pharmacy was closed at 5:00!!! I know yesterday was New Years Eve but closed at 5:00??? Closing at 8:00pm would have been plenty of time to go home for the New Year! Unbelievable!! I will not use this pharmacy ever again!! Terrible customer... read more
Glad the doctor gave me a shot or my infection would have gotten worse through the night. Another pharmacy did not have my prescription so transferred it to this store. It was three minutes to closing and pharmacist said she wouldnt fill it because it would take too long. Poor customer service. If you are there before closing you should be helped. Would not recommend this store.
The Walgreens corporate Medicare department are useless we tired since March 3rd and finally got my wife test strips corrected and proceeded April 26th. Time to change to mail away from on.
This place is a damn joke! My mother and I, along with my 1.5 yo daughter stopped in for ice and she needed to get cigarettes for the week and they wouldn't sell them to HER because I was there, didn't have my ID, and looked like a minor. Why does it matter about ME!? It's HER purchase not mine! 😡 We are not happy at all, terrible service, 0/10 would not recommend to a friend.
Great service. Angela, the pharmacist came and helped me in line while my daughter was having a meltdown. Excellent! So thankful for that moment.
Pharmacy has very poor customer service. I will not give her name but the pharmacy tech had no empathy that i was on hold for literally 8 minutes to make sure they received and were processing an antibiotic for my very sick 18 month old. She didn't say sorry or anything. Just gave me the standard "it'll be 15-20 min".
