How DARE your pharmacy staff contradict my medical practitioner's long standing treatment plan, breach their own integrity, make me feel targeted and isolated because I'm physically close to my treating physician, and make ominous statements as your store manager stands smugly by. Waited in line for 10 minutes with 2 other customers no one even acknowledged that they had customers in the pharmacy. Only one person back there. Once the store manager came back there they came from everywhere to help. This pharmacy needs a new manager. This is not the first time employees just ignore the customers.
I use this location all the time but the girl with the lisp is rude. I sense she hates her job. She's very short talking to you and next time I go through the drive thru and she's there, I'll ask to be helped by someone else. Also, she never confirmed my address and because of that, an address from 20 years ago was on the prescriptions. One prescription wasn't completely filled and she did not tell me that AND another wasn't even filled due to an insurance issue and she never told me that either!!!!!
Awful awful people working at that pharmacy!!!!!!..... horrible survive just horrible!..... I took my prescription else where thanks but no thanks!
The worst costumer service on the pharmacy ever. Mrs. Shan the pharmacy tech , not friendly. They took and hour and a half to give the prescription.
awesome store with great team of helpful employees. I even snapped a photo of Assistant Store Manager Team member since 2008, "Eric Libby" with his cool mustache 😊
