The staff in the store are great, but the pharmacy staff could really use a full semester of classes on customer service. The attitudes of the counter help is terrible.

I normally am a big fan of Walgreens and have used them for years. I had urgent clinic call in 3 scripts. When I arrive wasn't ready no problem. They said they were waiting for the pharmacist to review. 20 minutes later they called my name and gave me 1 script. When asked about the other 2 they said it would be another 45 minutes. I was feeling so bad I left without those scripts. I still haven't picked up because I'm home sick and it's an hour round trip.

This is the utmost hateful pharmacy I have EVER been to! I have been trying to get a script since Sat n now it's Thursday evening! Good thing I'm not dying!! They never answer their phone, n when they do u may as well b talking to a wall. I was on hold for 40 mins when I walked into the store n confronted them on answering their phones. "Oh, our phones are working"... well then answer the darn thing or something. I wish I could give them a 0 rating instead of a 1...1 is still too nice! Never again will I b going there! Currently on hold for at least an hour now trying to get ahold of a pharmacist to ask them a question. How long does it take you people to answer phone calls??? This is freakin ridiculous!!!!
