Their only pace is slow. They don’t help one another out. Today I watched as my prescription was bogged down with an insurance issue, no one offered to check on my script for me. One male tech ignored people walking up while another was doing the work of 3. I know they get slammed but it was very clear in the 40 minutes I watched them that some avoided work as much as possible. I despise going here.
If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. They lost my child’s prescription and called the police to ask me to leave while I was contacting other stores to try to help figure out what they did wrong. It happened in a transfer. This is the worst Walgreens in the state of Tennessee. Avoid.
