I refill my prescriptions at Walgreens on branch ave in providence and 4.23.22 being a weekend, pharmacy at branch ave location do no open. I went in-person to 100 broad st location in Pawtucket and asked clearly to refill Lipitor and the lady repeated to confirm. I went back to picking up later drove home and they refilled the wrong prescription. I called to complain and all they could was “they thought “ that was what I meant.
