I stood at the pharmacy line, 15 people deep and counting. ( I see 3 was NOT working!!) 1/2 hour later I get to the window and they tell me the prescription I need for my next day procedure was not ready....did they call me to tell me? No. When I asked if they could find it at another walgreens so I could go get it, the lady at the counter said I could call and check on my own....what!?? Thankfully, the pharmacist stepped in, made a phone call and I left. I've had better service
