I sent them my medicine and I was told to come back to pick up my medicine so I can start working on getting better, they were close and prove me with poor customer service. I was suppose to take it today and I have to wait another day which me another day away from work. I will be on yelp to give them a poor score
Yolanda Torres has harassed me, made me leave my purse in the front saying it was a backpack, today she said she won’t help me, when she could have just said I can’t. The higher manager Christopher refused to do anything but give me the number to corporate and her name. I will be calling, I already have a complaint against her. I explain to them that they lost all my prescriptions when I went for psychiatric help St Luke's Aurora South Shore 5900 Lake Drive in Cudahy so I'm explaining to the pharmacist when I call the ambulance the ambulance told me to grab all my prescriptions I had just got my 3 Month Supply from Walgreens so they lost all my property including medication phone money clothes shoes and I'm going to get reimbursed for everything that got lost at the hospital but I am having problems with the pharmacist giving me my Lipitor
Was there yesterday picking up my prescription and a very rude security guard came out and told my daughter that her dog had to leave she was so unprofessional so stupid disgusting I've been picking up my prescriptions and dealing with Walgreens for 15 years the manager was about the stupidest person on Earth I'm wanting to get those video cassettes so I can show his corporate office how he did not interfere how he try not to help and how will be charging or making charges it's a shame
You wait nearly 1 hour to drop off a script, pick up takes longer. Went through the drive through and the tech told me should would be with me in a minute... half hour later to tell me they didn't have the meds. Rude service
I'm tired of them not having enough help in the Pharmacey or in the drive through and always have to wait like 30mins in line for both this is the worst Walgreens IV ever been to
