Left doctors office came directly to the pharmacy. I waited 30 minutes before I was told they didn't have my Rx. I went home disgusted and sick 😷 and waited for my fiancé. We went to Walmart and was done in 15 minutes. Guess who gets MY business from now on!
They r to slow when u go get Ur medicine fill. I waited 2 hours yesterday to get my meds. Its ridiculous
Took to long filling prescription had husband in truck just had out patient surgery
Seriously inept and inefficient pharmacy. Spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive through only to drive away because they couldn't even get one person served. What the hell is the pharmacy doing if not helping customers and getting them their prescriptions? The drive through should be pick up or drop off, not a freaking consultation room. I should not have to wait over 30 minutes just to drive off because the line wasn't moving. The one across fro Fulton School. It's Run by the Knox county Police department. Especially the Pharmacy. Knoxville TN Pity...........Abuse of Authority.
Nice staff. Nasty, inconsiderate customers. They never bathe.
