So called “express pickup “. Slower than Walmart, allowing purchase of non prescription merchandise. Please stop. Make it a real EXPRESS! Rx Only!

RecommendedI would like to mention Courtney at Walgreens Pharmacy on McCrays Mill Rd. Tonight I ask about my medicine (3)prescriptions that I was picking up, one had changed and may look different which made me ask if it came from China as so many generic drugs do. Courtney looked up the manufactures name and locations assuring me they all came from the USA. Courtney shared my concern with patience and kindness. Since the rite aid closed and my business was transferred to Walgreens I have been miserable these people are so stretched out there is no way they can be efficient wait in line a minimum of 20 minutes every time I go there. Yesterday one of my prescriptions didn’t fill “why not?” “I don’t know” this place just sucks I want my rite aid back those people knew customer service
Been getting meds from here for years, always there to help you.
