Thomas W****** is a crook. He charged me $1700 to change a dryer receptacle and plug. It took him about a half hour to do and the parts cost is about $50. Why would I pay this? I had zero idea of the cost of these things. Never had to hire an electrician to do work before and he spent 15-20 minutes babbling to qualify this. I was caught off guard. Don't become a victim. This guy is a slum lord . The place was a disaster to work in filthy. He asked for on thing over the phone then when we arrived it was totally different problem. He approved all costs and now this businessman don’t want to pay his bill but he has his hand out smashing for rent every month making a shameful profit off the poor backs of a great immigrant family that we met by doing the repairs.

Scammers. Stupid high pricing. 1,000 too fix an outlet. 1,000 for diagnosis to find out it's the outlet.
Called today because furnace wouldn’t turn on after it was off all summer. A man came to my house, immediately charged me $100 (visit fee, fine). Looked at the thermostat, took the batteries out and put them back in. Looked at the breaker box, flipped a switch on and off. Looked at the furnace, figured out that the problem was a switch or wire that wasn’t connected. He said that he’d fix it. She had a young child and wanted heat. She pre approved all costs prior to any work being performed. We just did the work she asked us to do. If the last guy would had done his job right they would not needed us.
Company is in court now after trying to rip off a 91 year old. Look for the news item on wpxi web site. If you hire these guys, all I can say is buyer beware.
Price gouging $1441.00 to have nothing done only to be told 3500 more to fix breaker. Called a reliable electrician who fixed everything and total was $320 BY THE A+BBB RATED ELECTRICIAN

We told you there’s a cost to come out and check your problems out. $320 for a new breaker box filled with 20 breakers and to stop the water and get it inspected and do the grounding is not a realistic price. We told you we would credit off $1000.00 off the repairs but sorry we can’t work for $320 all night. Couldn't have gotten a better job, nice work and great worker. Took care of all problems. Highly recommend to all.
