Was excited to try this place because I heard they use tallow for frying. Well, a bit disappointing, the fries get soggy super fast though they tasted ok. The chicken tasted like it had been brined in a pickle juice for far too long. Also, the barbeque sauce tasted weird like it had vinegar in it. I wanted to like it, but I couldn't. I wont go back.
My son insists on eating here, now I know why. Food amazing and packed ready to go very neatly. I used the drive through which was convenient for yummy food homestyle!
Picked up a to go order and there were no napkins or a spoon)fork for the macaroni and cheese. The music was so loud I had to yell to be heard to give the employee my order, who basically slung it down in the counter. Chicken was dry. Fries were "meh". Chicken sandwich was overcooked. Mac and cheese had a big glop of cheese on top but the actual dish was bland with very little flavor. Two employees had run out to the parking lot while I was waiting. Food was hot and fresh. My daughter ordered coleslaw with her kids meal and got fries instead. When I asked for the coleslaw, the employees acted like it was a big deal to give her what she ordered. Lots of tablet scrolling and discussion over 1/4 cup of coleslaw. Food was good but overpriced for fast food.
