I've usually go to a different Waldo's and always enjoy the my meal and have never had less than good service but the employees at the Liberty Pike location are incredible. They were excited to see my daughter and I, carried on with us and shared recommendations (daughter's first visit), delivered the food cheerfully and checked back on us two or three times, and thanked us for coming. Food was great, service and attitude was 10 stars!

Easily the best chicken spot in Franklin! The food is always amazing, but honestly the staff is the absolute best. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming every time we go. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sides are just as good. If you’re in Franklin and haven’t tried Waldo’s yet, you’re missing out!
The food is fantastic, and the service is phenomenal. For the past 5 times I’ve gone I’ve had the pleasure of being served by miles. When I say miles is the best server I’ve ever had I mean it. He’s the second best human to walk this planet behind Jesus. He’s hardworking, consistent, disciplined, incredibly nice, and all around an amazing person to be around. Be better, be like miles. 5 stars .
