Manager needs a serious lesson in customer service! I had 3 storage lockers here. I moved into my home and gave the storage place 2 weeks notice that I was moving my stuff out of at least 2 of the 3 storages. The assistant manager Karen gave me the paper work to sign for vacate. This has to be the most unprofessional storage facility now. Since the previous manager left a few months ago, this place has went to hell. No one answers when you call and when they rarely do answer they are very smug. I went in to pay my bill and had to wait 35 min for them to return from lunch...mind you, no where does it say they are closed for lunch. When the guys finally opened the office it smelt like weed. Waldo Rose has provided our family with the best storage experience we have ever had, across 2 states! They took us in like family from the very first day and made sure that every detail was done.
