I signed up for the new Card Valet and it seems like a good idea to be able to lock your card in case it's lost or stolen, but mine is permanently locked and I have no access to my debit card or ATM until I have time to stop at the bank. Be careful if you sign up for this.
It's a community bank until you need coin rolls then you need to be a customer! I would not be surprised if they charge you to cash in your coins wether you're a customer or not !
The Village of Montgomery Branch is my Favorite...hardly ever a wait, great customer service.... have to get used to the new location, I keep walking towards the old bank. I highly recommend them to all my friends!!!! ♡
A few days late, but still worth posting... Kudos to Walden Savings Bank for calling me as I was feverishly Cyber Monday shopping! Since I dislike shopping so much, I'm sure 8 online checkouts to different stores within 30 minutes did look suspicious! I'm thankful they were watching out :)
