This is the WORST bank! Im not sure what happened because Ive used them for multiple services over the last 20 years and recently Ive encountered nothing but incompetence on every level. I have closed all my accounts with them, both personal and business. The only thing I occasionally use is the **** and they cant even get that right! If youre thinking about opening an account here think twice. I thought I was going with a great hometown bank that cares about it customers. Boy was I wrong. Even with overdraft off they let your account overdraft then charge you multiple overdraft fees. Then even when you have money in your account and try to use it they hit you with return payment fees even though there was money in the account. Learned my ****** about trying to stay local with my business.
I use to use Walden Bank’s website to pay my bills using my ipad. About 2 months ago I stopped being able to pay my bills using my ipad. I contacted Walden Bank a couple of times to get the problem resolved. Today, I am told that my ipad doesn’t have the right updates in order to pay my bills. According to Apple, my updates are current. Evidently not current enough for Walden Savings Bank. Told the bank I was traveling for work so be aware and please do not lock my card. Traveled 7 hours away get to hotel and they lock my card for fraud. Then the app is down so cannot transfer money to another card. Had to sleep in my car. Called the bank today and the ladies confirmed my travel was notes but suggested I get a different card for hotels since that triggers the fraud. I’m at loss here. I’m sure this won’t be the last time.

She has a thorough knowledge about the mortgage industry and can easily explain even the most complex loan products so anyone can understand them. Ana is a consummate professional, quickly returning emails and phone calls. No matter how numerous those inquiries may be, she is always patient and kind in her response. Ana is the reason I will continue to recommend Walden Savings Bank to my real estate clients.
they need to train the tellers better. when cashing a check drawn from your bank, for 100$, you should only need my drivers liscens. needing my social and marriage license is totally uncalled for. Also you need to train your drive-thru tellers that they need to pull the drawer back in so people can driveway. how are we supposed to drive away if your teller doesn't pull the drawer back in but hangs up the intercom and walks away. great job skills!
Love this bank. Have been with them for years. They are all friendly and helpful. Every single community event I go to I see them out and about. Love this bank, can’t say enough great things about this place!! 🥰
