RecommendedI have done business with them for years an i never have had a problem that they didn,t take care of instantly. Some one had used my debit card, i was credited an issued a new card the very same day.
I have had very good experience with Walden Savings’s bank on 9w in town of Newburgh. Very friendly nice smiles and help whether I go in side or drive thru or on phone always kind and helpful

Horrible experience, from the IT problems, ATM issues, hacking and nasty tellers. Were it not for the small town business they do they would not be in business. Spent 30 minutes at the drive thru today for a deposit.... a deposit? Are you NOT a bank?

This bank is so horrible! Fees for everything, and then when you inquire about the fees, someone with a nasty attitude calls you. I emailed them later on about the call I got and never received a response, so I guess they don't care. I've have a bank account with them since I was 17.. you think that would mean something. Can't wait to close my personal AND business account in a few weeks!!

When l lived in Cornwall,NY.,l used your branch office there.l loved it! Tellers and other employees were always so pleasant. This is way back when passbooks were used and tellers had to stamp them!
