I love this bank -- and every employee i've ever dealt with -- both with my personal banking and community organizations. Truly a community bank with a heart. BUT -- it has always had a terrible online system -- and it just got worse! completely opaque, and no tech support evenings and weekends. And, they actually snail mail the payments -- can take 10 days! I would have left my big bank long ago and put everything into Walden if i could depend on the online system. WOULD BE NICE If I could get tech support AFTER bank hours if I'm having problems banking or getting to my account ONLINE at night or weekends ! ABSOLUTELY NO HELP till next morning, or WAIT WHOLE WEEKEND till monday morning.... and sometimes till then it's too late when time is of the essence on, say, oh a FRIDAY at dinner time, when money surprises have a tendency to pop up !
