*** lived in these apartments for a year and a half and before the management switch it wasnt terrible, but, the last six months of living here I have had the noisiest residents above me. Throwing parties, to just being blatantly loud. Tried to speak with them kindly, to no avail, and was met with mockery and continued disturbances. At first the apartment was really good then all of a sudden they get new management and I get decked several different times trying to talk to mahogany the manager trying to explain my issue in my complaints when you try to speak to her she get mouthy told will tell you that you're unprofessional even when she's being unprofessional by being mouthy in not listening to you you're supposed to be the resident in the client and you're supposed to be always right when you're wrong but I wouldn't not recommend anybody to this apar... read more
I called 2/23/22 about coming home to my apartment full of smoke but my alarms were not going off. Concerned I called the emergency maintenance number. I was the one that found the smell coming from the furnace and the tape was falling down. I opened the doors to air out my unit until the maintenance staff showed up. He got it fixed but the air was still so full of smoke it was hard to breathe. I have children (7 and 9 yo) and pets in my apartment. I called that Friday asking what can be done about the smell. Poorly run have bird **** lol over the entrance to my apartment. Will not clean it up. Speed bumps are high and damage cars easily. Sheriff caught pot smokers red handed and management will not do anything. "run forest run" I have pics to back up
