Just wanted to warn any future tenants that the trailers/homes that are next to these apartments have a ton of roosters and geese so unless you can sleep through all the noises they make at all hours of the night and morning I would not move in! We are praying we find something soon because we have a newborn and they just keep getting more animals!!
Property manager never answers the phone, communication is terrible. Good luck to anyone that seeks to lease with them.
Lived here for a year. Loved it! Very clean and solid home. The walls are extremely well insulated and never heard a noise from my neighbors other than the occasional walking up steps. Maintenance was very quick to address the any issue. Property management, Cortney, was always a pleasure to work with! Only reason I’m leaving is to relocate for work. Felt safe and welcome in this community.
When applying the communication is poor. They do not reply back and expect you to send personal private documents through text message. Feels like they new they were keeping the application fee before I even applied. Not professional. If you want to throw away 35 buck then apply. Thats my experience :(
Moving out and breaking our lease early we were aware we were not going to get our $940 security deposit back. We also paid two months of rent ($1880 )as per breaking our lease. We done everything in the lease if we were to have broken our lease early article (1.9 early termination) a month later we are being charged a random $821 and apparently our security deposit ( that we did not get back) didn’t go towards that $821. NO WHERE in the lease does it say they will charge additional fees upon moving out . THAT security depos... read more
