Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Wakim is great. He is honest and wants to help anyway he can. Wonderful place to have your teeth fixed. Ken
They treated me just great just like they should
I enjoyed coming to this dentist and referred several people to this office after my first couple visits. Sad to say, I will not be coming back. Charging 30 dollars to reschedule an appointment when I call in advance is a bit ridiculous. Unexpected things happen in life sometimes and things do not goes has planned. If I was told about this charge in advance it would not have been a problem and if your receptionist didn't have such a "matter of fact" attitude I still would have gladly accepted the charge and rescheduled. We are sorry you feel that way but this is the second time you have cancelled at the last minute. As stated in our office policy that you signed, cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice constitutes a minimal charge of $30.00. This is a small token compared to the wasted chair time that this has caused and preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. We do wish to see you again in our office and really hope everything is alright.
Dr. Wakim and his staff were extremely careful and caring during my procedure today. I am always grateful for the dedication and support.

I've not liked dental procedures since I was 5 yrs. old. Everyone made me so comfortable June 13. I know I had to be squeezed in for the appointment but no one appeared to be rushed and their patience was amazing. I look forward to coming in for a cleaning. Keep up your expertise and hospitality.
