My experience with WakeMed as a whole has not been good. I had two surgeries in 2025 and I was scheduled for a surgery in 2026. I feel that there dishonest, spiteful and unprofessional. Most of the office people are disrespectful and will make a problem for you. I've found charges on my insurance explanation of benefits for things I have never received.
