Dr. Rubens is excellent. He answered all my questions and took more than enough time with me. His staff left quite a bit to be desired. The nurse all but ran out of the patient room after going through my updates. In fact she left the room as I was still talking. And the check in person does not seem to like people very much, or her job. Not rude, but absolutely no pleasantness in her voice while checking me in and out.
After not receiving proper care where we live, my husband drove three hours to see Dr. Rubens. It was worth the trip as Dr. Rubens was informative, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. His staff were great as well. Very happy to have found such a great doctor!
