Dr. Williams and PA Shavone are such a great team. I always felt welcome and comfortable at the office. Dr. Williams did my surgery in November and fixed something I thought couldn't be fixed. I am so grateful for this practice!
Nothing is fun about growing old and having one’s bladder leak. Dr. Williams and the staff made everything easier. There was no embarrassment because of their attitude and knowledge. Nothing beats talking to these women.
After 2months my appointment was canceled due to the doctor having an emergency. While I understand emergency, I don't understand why the office manage would look at my health records without my permission than trivialize my issues as a common UTI. she suggested I contact my Gynecologist to run some test since she didn't refer me to their office it was my primary care physician.
