Sleep Study was April 2025 Room and amenities are nothing like on their website. No food/drinks room is much less than a hospital room. I received several call a day to schedule study. After study tried several times to get results. After months I was sent to a medical supply company to get a mask. They had no record of what I needed. My primary doctor got involved and got results. I don't know what everyone is whining about. The place is spotless, there is a thermostat in my room, the staff is excellent and the bathroom is really nice. It's a sleep center, not the Hilton.
The staff were amazing and very attentive to details and knowledgeable of the process. Professional and caring. The accommodation leaves much to be desired on the way of comfort.
FYI: ms. deborah (I think that was her name) absolute sweetheart. 10/10 for her energy alone. now, if you’re like me and hate going places blind, I got you. I took pics and added them here so you know exactly what you’re walking into. rating: 3 stars strictly for cleanliness and ms. deborah, because she was holding it down. so… room 3. yeah, no hot water. coldest shower of my life I saw my soul leave my body for a second 💀. also, bring your own towels, unless you’re tryna dry off with the tiny hand towels that belong on you... read more
We had a good experience. It’s not a hotel - it’s a sleep study. Ms Deborah was patient & kind.
