I am really satisfied with my PCP Danielle. She provides sound healthy advice and has been treating and educating me regarding my condition. I've followed her instructions and it has helped me get healthier. I see a lot negative comments regarding this location, however, I've only seen positive things here. The medical assistants and staff are all friendly and present a welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the good work!!
My fiancé and I have had a terrible experience at this office. I go to the location on Kildaire and absolutely love it. I tried to get him in there but they were not able to schedule new patients so we scheduled here at west Cary. When we got there no one was at the front and we were sitting and waiting for 20 minutes which was basically the whole appointment time slot. The PA put that I was pregnant in my life mychart and spoiler alert: I wasn’t. She had never even done a test so it was a negligent error. I had a nervous breakdown after that, almost lost my job. Careless errors can be harmful. I never got an apology. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else.
