“I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. Everyone, including the receptionist, was patient, informative, considerate, and had such great attitudes. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Kelly and Kristi were especially kind and patient. Dr. Hultman and the entire team at WakeMed Hospital were outstanding. From start to finish, the care was professional, warm, and reassuring. Dr. Hultman took great care and attention to detail—even thoughtfully matching my incision with my existing tattoo. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and kindness shown by both the doctor and his staff. Highly recommend.
Although all of the staff were very nice, preparing could be better. I traveled 40 minutes just to find out that my daughter was too young for the procedure, information they had prior to the appointment and could have informed me of.
The review is for the office staff. Not the Doctor I seen. He was nice and professional. The office staff and had they would call me in March. No call. I contacted them in April. Said oh we didn't say that. We said April. Nothing until I contacted them again in May. Finally scheduled an appointment. Said the office would contact me once they heard back from my insurance.
