Being military we have to rely on ratings for choosing doctors. Not knowing anyone in the area we chose a prior military doctor, thinking we made a good choice. My husband wasnt feeling well and when our daughter was diagnosed with Strep on a Thursday at her pediatrician, my husband called Knightdale Primary Care concerned that since she had Strep he may also. Great Drs and great staff. Have already sent friends and family to Knightdale primary care.
I would rate this a minus one if I could. The "front desk" staff are rude and could care less if you are the patient or not. The building smells of take out food and is dirty. The PA seems like he really would love to be anywhere else but take care of patients.I cant wait until there are more Drs in Knightdale!!!!!
Dr. Adams is a godsend. The staff were attentive and friendly despite being very very busy. I will refer friends here.
