Very unpleasant experience- they really don't care about the patients, never reply back to any questions and messages
We had a really difficult/traumatizing labor experience and wanted to have a follow up with the doctor who was there during the labor and delivery. It got cancelled the day of (because she was sick, which is understandable), but then the person rescheduling it wouldn't work with us to try to get us in before a follow up two months out. We had many questions that we were really hoping to get answers to during this appointment.
I am very grateful for my visit with OB doctor today. The doctor was incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough in answering all my questions. I felt respected and supported throughout the entire appointment. I truly recommend WakeMed Cary to anyone seeking compassionate and professional care.
I'm truly grateful for the care and expertise of Dr. Li Xu. I came in as a new patient, she listened to my concerns of what was happening with my periods and my health in general, and right away, she ordered bloodwork, an ultrasound test, and was able to pin point what was happening to me. We went over the results, she gave me honest feedback and options.
