If I could give negative stars I would. Front desk staff was completely rude and unprofessional. The Hispanic lady at front desk treated me like I was an idiot. Do NOT go here. Horrible experience.

I am 12 weeks postpartum and still have not been able to be scheduled for my initial 6 weeks postpartum appointment because no one answers the phone to schedule me. I’ve called 4 times and they keep telling me a nurse will call me back and no one ever does. Only giving two because of some stand out decent humans in the mix. We had such a sad level of care.
I have used Wakemed OB in Cary twice now and would not recommend. With my first labor, they totally disregarded what I told them was happening & it resulted in a very chaotic and traumatic birth experience. Then later in my second pregnancy I found out the baby no longer had a heartbeat. I was told to come in on Friday to go over options, but once I arrived Friday morning they said there had been a misunderstanding and the appointment was changed to Monday.
