You handled everything that came at you with so much grace and friendliness. I am always stressed when I have to give blood. This time, you made it so easy for me. Thank you, thank you.
People are exceptional and friendly and caring

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this one is necessary. I want to clarify that my overall experience with WakeMed has been positive—this review specifically concerns the lab department. Today, I drove to this location to drop off a sample—a time-sensitive one with a strict one hour window. Upon arrival, I found no designated area for drop-offs.
